Conclusion of the contract / Booking

Bookings can be made directly with Alex7Summits including third parties, bookings made by clients for other clients. The contract between the customer comes into effect with the unconditional acceptance of the booking by Alex7Summits. By making a booking, the customer accepts these Alex7Summits as binding. Alex7Summits cannot accept non-binding reservations.

Prices and terms of payment

The price per person for a tour is listed in CHF. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. The Tour Price must be paid at the time of booking or specified, by cash after the Tour in person.

Cancellations

In case of cancellation the following costs are due by the Tour Participants: (You)

30 - 10 days before the start of the Tour: 30% of the total Tour amount

09 - 04 days before the start of the Tour: 50% of the total Tour amount

03 - 0 days before the start of the tour: 80% of the total Tour amount

Any other cancellation conditions will be communicated by Alex7Summits in the order confirmation. Alex7Summits can not be held liable for any accommodation or travelling costs due to cancellation.

Tour route change

While every reasonable effort will be made to run the tours as planned, Alex7Summits reserves the right to make changes to the route due to weather conditions, participant fitness or as a result of risk assessments on the day. All participants should be aware that minor alterations to routes or timings may sometimes be necessary. No refund will be issued if you decide not to participate due to poor weather conditions.

Health & Risks

The customer undertakes to inform Alex7Summits of any health problems. The customer is responsible for sufficient health and accident insurance cover (for tours with sporting activities including additional insurance for sporting accidents).

Right of refusal

Participation in a tour under the influence of drugs, medication and/or excessive alcohol is not permitted. Alex7Summits reserves the right to refuse/bar a person from participating in a tour if the participant is not properly dressed or equipped to enjoy the event safely, or are exhibiting anti-social behaviour towards other participants or the leader. This right of refusal also includes participants who fail to disclose a medical condition or disability when booking, that may restrict their participation.

If the exclusion occurs during a tour, the customer has no right to a refund of the tour price. In the event of exclusion, all claims for damages against Alex7Summits are excluded.

Alex7Summits is not responsible for inconvenience or costs incurred as a result.

The client undertakes to strictly adhere to these T&Cs.

Limitation of liability of Alex7Summits

The customer undertakes all activities at his/her own risk. Any liability on the part of Alex7Summits is limited to the tour price and to direct damage caused by Alex7Summits intentionally or through gross negligence. The liability of Alex7Summits for slight negligence, auxiliary persons as well as consequential damage and loss of profit is excluded. Alex7Summits accepts no liability in the event of non-fulfilment of contractual obligations due to omissions or breaches of contract by the Customer. In the event of cancellation of a tour, Alex7Summits is only liable for reimbursement of the tour price if no replacement tour can be offered. Alex7Summits accepts no liability for the loss of personal items, cash, valuables, luggage, photographic equipment etc. and loss, theft, damage or misuse of cheques and credit cards.

Applicable law, place of jurisdiction

The legal relationship between the Customer and Alex7Summits is governed by Swiss law (excluding conflict of laws). For legal actions against Alex7Summits, the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts at the registered office of Alex7Summits is agreed.

Social Media

During tour, Alex7Summits may take photographs. These photographs may be used for publicity and marketing purposes in the future. Please check the box below if you are happy for your photograph to be taken.

These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between Alex7Summits and Tour Participants and third parties and for all services provided by Alex7Summits.
